Irv Groat, President, Co/Owner:
Irv has been in the field of Electronic Components Distribution since 1994. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering. Irv worked for various distributors and Sales Representatives as a Field Sales Engineer covering accounts in the Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and North Carolina. He was a Design Engineer and has designed RF PA’s, receiver front ends, microwave cavity sources, a variety of RF and Microwave passive circuits, power supplies, analog signal processing circuits and microcontroller-based circuits.
Paul Leo, Vice President, Co/Owner:
BS Engineering/Business. Paul came from a local Representative firm where he was VP of Business Development for 3 years, before then he was with Cobham where he was the Director of Business Development for 7 Microwave Business Units and Business Development Manager for Antenna Products. Paul’s considerable experiences for the past 25 years also include: Independent Sales Representative in the MD/DC/VA/DE/PA/NJ Area, Key Account Manager and International Sales Director for component and subsystems at K&L Microwave and Business Development Director for microwave component and subsystems for Spectrum Microwave (API).
Melissa Quail, Inside Sales:
Melissa brings experience and talent in Data-base management, CRM and customer support to our Inside Sales position. Melissa currently is focusing on utilizing and improving our new customer data base management system. Melissa will also be supporting our social media and other outreach activities in our territory. Melissa is the Chesapeake Advanced Technologies principal support liaison for factories and customers.
Bernadette Rawlins, PA & NJ Account Manager:
Bernadette spent the last 15 years in Sales and Business Development positions with Cobham/CDES antenna and RF module group in Lansdale, PA. Bernadette’s experience in Business Development and Business Capture will be instrumental in business growth and customer expansion in the PA & NJ territory.
